Step 1 -Mix all ingredients into mixer with “Donut Hook” & mix until it forms a dough & elastic texture.
Step 2 -Divide the dough into 45-55 gram.
Step 3 -Let it rest for about 10-15 mins depending on the desired size.
Step 4 -Frying oil with temperature 180°C, 45-60 sec each side or until golden brown.
