Red Velvet Cookies Mix 500g

Ingredients:

• Red Velvet Cookies Mix 500g
• Butter 200-300g

Method:

Step 1 -Mix all ingredients using mixer attachment for ±3 min low speed or until form a dough.
Step 2 -Make into desired shape.
Step 3 -Bake at temperature ±170°C (Upper) & ±150°C or ±160°C (Bottom) for ±16-18 minute in deck oven.
Step 4 -Time and temperature depending on the size of pan and types of oven.
