Method:
Step 1 -Mix all ingredients by using “Dough Hook” until form a nice elastic dough.
Step 2 -Once is done, roll the pizza dough flat & poke some hole with a fork on the pizza & let ie rest proof.
Step 3 -Bake at temperature ±190°C (Upper) & ±160°C (Bottom) for ±8-9 minute in deck oven.
Step 4 -Let it cool down, wrap and keep in freezer for future use.
