Instant Custard Powder Mix

Recipe for custard ingredients:

• Instant custard powder 200g
• Water 500g

Method: Mix water into instant custard powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Tips: Replace water with cold fresh milk for better taste

Recipe for custard cream filling Ingredients:

• Instant custard powder 200g
• Water 400g
• UHT Whipped cream 200g

Method:

Step 1 – Mix well instant custard powder and water
Step 2 _ Fold in UHT Whipped cream and stir well. Chilled for few hours before use
Tips: Custard cream filling is excellent for use in cream puffs filling, fruit tart filling and cake filling too!
