Ingredients:

  • Fruit Cake 500g
  • Egg 175g
  • Water 15g
  • Oil 150g
  • Mixed Fruit 350g
  • Glycrine 18g

Method:

Step 1 -Mix E with F and let it soak for 15 min.
Step 2 -Mix A, B, C with mixer whisk for 1 min low speed & ±4 min high speed until pale & fluffy.
Step 3 -Slowly pour in D & mix at low speed for ±1 min. Then add in E.
Step 4 -Bake at ±180°C (Upper) & ±160°C (Bottom) for 40-45 minutes in deck oven.
