Step 1 -Mix Cup Cake Mix, Egg and Water using mixer attachment whisk for 1 minute low speed and ±4-6min minutes high speed until pale and fluffy.
Step 2 -Then, slowly pour in Oil and mix at low speed for ±1 minutes.
Step 3 -Bake at temperature ±180°C (Upper) & ±160°C (bottom) for ±25 – 27 minutes in Deck Oven.
Step 4 -Time and Temperature depending on the Size of Pan and types of Oven.
