Cream Puff Choux Pastry 200g



  • Choux Pastry Mix 200g
  • Corn Oil 230g
  • Water 140g
  • Egg 360g


Step 1 -Use paddle, mix A and B for 1 minute at slow speed.
Step 2 -Add C and D the continue mixing at medium speed for 8 mins. Pipe to desird size and shape.
Step 3 -Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (Upper) & ± 190°C (Bottom).
