Ingredients:

  • Carrot Cake 500g
  • Water 25g
  • Oil 150g
  • Carrot (Grated) 250g
  • Walnut(Chopped) 80g
  • Cinnamon Powder 1Tsp

Method:

Step 1 -Mix A,B,C with mixer attachment for 1 min low speed & ±4 medium speed until pale & fluffy.
Step 2 -Slowly pour in D & mix at low speed for ±1 min.
Step 3 -Mix E,F in to the batter and mix well.
Step 4 -Bake at ±180°C (Upper) & ±160°C (Bottom) for ±40-45 minutes in deck oven.
