Step 1 -Mix A, B with mixer Attachment for ±3 min low speed to form a crumble texture.
Step 2 -Add in C & D and mix for 2 minutes. Then add in E.
Step 3 -Bake at ±170°C(Upper) & ±160°C(Bottom) for ±16-18 minute in deck oven.
Step 4 -Time and temperature depending on the size of the scone and types of oven.
