Ingredients:

  • Butter Cake 500g
  • Eggs 275g
  • Salted Butter/ Margerine 250g
  • Vegetable Oil 62.5g

Method:

Step 1 -Whip C with beater until fluffy. Gradually add B.
Step 2 -Pour A and mix at low speed for ±2min followed by ±5-8mins with medium speed until smooth.
Step 3 -Add oil with low speed. Bake at temperature ±170-180°C for ±20-40 mins depends on size.
