Intense dark chocolate with a bitter background giving it a rich bitter chocolate flavor. Bake stable chocolate chips. Suitable as topping, confectionery, flavouring, baking breads, cakes and pastries, and as decoration.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin E322), Natural Vanilla, Sodium Bicarbonate. It is 62% Cacao and 100% Cocoa Butter. The product may also contain traces of milk protein and nuts.
