American Cookies (Dark Choco) 500g

Ingredients:

• Dark Chocolate Cookies 500g
• Butter 200-300g

Method:

Step 1 -Mix A, B usinf mixer attachment beater for ±3 min low speed or until from adough make desired shap.
Step 2 -Bake at ±180°C (Upper) & ±160°C (Bottom) for ±40-45 minute in deck oven.
Step 3 -Time and tem perature depending on the size of pan and types of oven.
